Lucy is passionate about helping people to unlock their potentials and holds a Master of Human Resources Management from Charles Sturt University and a Bachelor of Counselling (Coaching) & Qualified in Bachelor of Applied Social Science (ACAP) and is a certified coach and accredited by the International Coaching Federation. She is a professional member of the Australian Human Resources Institute and accredited member of Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia. Since 2022 she is appointed member to the Panel of Experts DHERST (PNG).

Lydia holds a Master of Social Work from University of Queensland and a Bachelor of Social Work from UPNG; additionally a Life Coach Diploma. She is experienced in holistic counselling and life coaching throughout Australia and PNG and serviced NGOs, Businesses and Government.
